1. Contact Us for delivery and payment details
2. In order for us to repair and test your console properly, please send your full console including power & connection leads, HDD, a Controller and a game to the address provided. (We will test all items to ensure everything works on your console and nothing attached is causing the problem.)
3. Your refurbished console will be returned to you in working order after undergoing our system tests and QA procedure.
What we will do:
We will ensure that your console will be fixed, cleaned inside and out and returned to you. If your console should suffer from the same fault within 3 months then we will repair it free of charge. All you pay is the postage.
What you need to do after you have purchased a repair service:
Make sure that the console is packaged properly with sufficient protection and sent out to us as soon as possible to the address provided in the invoice, please ensure that your return address details are included within the box.
Please Note: Us opening your console will invalidate your warranty please only purchase this repair service if you agree to us doing this.
We recommend sending your console by registered next day delivery
In the unlikely event that your console cannot be fixed we can supply you with a new console if required.
Payment by PayPal, postal order or personal cheque only. Card payments can be accepted if you use our drop off service
If not paying by PayPal, console will be sent as soon as payment clears.
Live in Ashford/Staines/Chertsey/Egham area? Why not drop off your console to us and then come and pick it up?
If using drop off and pick up service, cost of repair is Less.
